Prices for accommodation at the conference venue:

All fees are per person per night. In case of choosing a twin room you must name your roommate. Taxes, breakfast and usage of wellness facilities included.
Accommodation payable together with registration fees. No refund if cancelled on or after 1 April 2011. 50% refund if cancelled before 1 April 2011.

All fees are per person. Members of non-profit organizations, representatives of national, regional and administration and full time students are eligible for the reduced registration fee.
Cash/late payment supplement must be paid in case of payment after 1 April 2011 (incl. on-site payment).

You will receive payment details in e-mail. In case of international bank transfer all transfer fees must be paid by the sender (code: OUR).
